The Guidelines on Advertising for Capital Market Products and Related Services provide the general framework for advertising and promotional activity within the capital market to promote responsible advertising and promotion

The Business Trusts Guidelines (guidelines) is issued pursuant to section 377 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. These guidelines are to be complied with by any person intending to (a) establish or provide a business trust, (b) offer units in a business trust or (c) act as a trustee-manager.

These Guidelines set out the requirements in relation to the issuance of corporate bonds and sukuk and seasoned bonds and sukuk. Other related Guidelines include requirements on trust deeds and registration of credit rating agencies and bond rating agencies.

The Guidelines on Categories of Sophisticated Investors set out the categories of sophisticated investors and the relevant criteria for different categories of sophisticated investors.

Collective Investment Scheme

The Guidelines on Conduct for Capital Market Intermediaries (Guidelines) is issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) pursuant to section 377 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA).

The Guidelines on Conduct of Directors of Listed Corporations and Their Subsidiaries (Guidelines) are issued pursuant to section 158 and subsection 15(1)(q) of the Securities Commission Malaysia Act 1993 (SCMA). The Guidelines apply to directors of a listed corporation and directors of subsidiaries of a listed corporation whether incorporated in Malaysia or otherwise.
